The ancient custom of Well Dressing is only found in Derbyshire and is the art of decorating springs and wells with pictures made from natural materials.
This well dressing is produced by a voluntary community group that only gathers together for the well dressing, they have been dressing the well for 8 years. The composition of the group may change annually depending on personal circumstances but new members always welcome.
