About
The thrill of abseiling is something to remember as we let you abseil from the Millersdale Viaduct. This is just 15 mins from Bakewell (our office base) in the heart of the beautiful Peak District. Our instructors regularly run big national abseil events so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands. As we walk to the bridge from the carpark we will aim to put you at ease and get to know your names before putting on the safety equipment.
This session will last 2hrs in which time everyone will get multiple abseils. You will have plenty of photo opportunities from the top and bottom.
This activity is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon in the Peak District. Please note we have done all we can to ensure we abide by the governments Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, but let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
### Itinerary
We will meet you at the start time and issue everyone with a harness and helmet before walking down the trail to the bridge. This is a hard packed level track and it takes less than 10 mins. Once at the bridge we will get everybody harnessed up and start abseiling as quickly as possible. The aim is to initially build confidence and trust and then get in as many abseils as we can in the time we have. We will finish at 1130am and back at the car park before 12pm. The afternoon session meets at 1pm and finishes at 3pm and back at the car park before 330pm
Couples can join for just £35pp and groups of 3 or more receive a 15% discount.
