13:00 Meet at The Adventure Hub
Your instructor will welcome you to our base and outline the objectives for the session over a great Italian coffee or tea, ensuring everyone has a suitable bike and kit (hire is available). There'll be a brief introductory session looking at bike set-up, appropriate gear and brake use along with both road and off-road riding safety.
13:30 Head to the trails
We will head out onto our local trails which will be chosen on the basis of weather conditions, along with the experience and ambitions of the group. We will either strike out from our centre or drive around 15 minutes to an alternative start point. Once on the trails, the distance we cover is entirely based on the abilities of the group and we have lots of options to make sure that the trails we ride are appropriate to the skill level of the group and leave you grinning from ear to ear.
16:30 Back to The Adventure Hub
At the end of the session we'll return to The Adventure Hub for refreshments and a chat to give you ideas about where to take your mountain biking adventure next.
- Drink Provided - Complimentary refreshments available at The Adventure Hub
