AboutThis course is the best place to start if you’re haven’t rock climbed before, or if you’ve only ever climbed indoors. Over the course of the day, you’ll learn about climbing grades and guidebooks, kit and equipment, basic rope work systems and we’ll develop your rock-climbing ability and movement skills through personalised coaching. Alongside this we’ll do our best to take in some of the finest rock climbs that the Peak District and the UK has to offer. By the end of the course, you will come away feeling confident in your own rock-climbing ability and the basic rope systems that are used to keep you safe.
