    Lots to see. Friendly staff. Child friendly. When we went they had a 'rat trail' with toy rats in each room to find and rat facts to read. Tickets lasts for a year as well. Read full review

It is advisable to park in the town centre of Bakewell and walk up through the churchyard, or there are bus services which drop people up the Monyash Road at the bus stop called Old House Museum. Accessible by Public Transport: Matlock station is 6 miles away.
