One of the best known walks in the Peak District is Kinder Scout. This is the highest point in the Peak District, and is famous for reasons others than its scenery and cloughs- it was also the chosen hike of the Mass Trespass of 1932, just part of the area’s rich history.
Another popular Peak District walk is Mam Tor, although less challenging than Kinder Scout the views are none less stunning. Easily accessible from Edale or Castleton, Mam Tor is sure to become one of your Peak District favourites. But like all Peak District walks, these views really have to be seen to be believed.
There are endless places to walk in the Peak District; from relaxing strolls such as Dovedale or Tissington Trail to dedicated hikes, such as Win Hill or up Bamford Edge.
