With the growth of consumer review platforms such as TripAdvisor does star rating/quality assurance accredited by VisitEngland and the AA still have a place in reassuring new visitors and driving more business?
Join us as we welcome Sadie Rowell, Head of Sales AA Media & VisitEngland Assessment Services.
Sadie will look to dispel the myths and share with you the updated approach to assessment which has been adopted.
During our discussion we will look at:
1. The role of an assessor and the “critical friend” role they adopt with each establishment they assess.
2. Misconception of purely marketing – this more a management tool to support your team’s development and growth.
3. Mystery shop through a guest’s lens but with industry expertise and experience
4. National Tourist Board – trusted quality rose mark – that stamp of approval.
5. How we are evolving and embracing a modern approach - rated trips
As always, there will be an opportunity for you ask questions.
