Members Trip: White Peak Distillery

Home of Derbyshire’s first single malt, the award-winning Wire Works Whisky, White Peak Distillery sits on the banks of the River Derwent and makes spirits with proper Derbyshire provenance, with a focus on flavour. White Peak also makes Shining Cliff Gins and a Cask Aged Rum. The distillery is housed in a historic former Wire Works, and the innovative industrial heritage of the area is key to the brand. Visit the Distillery for a tour Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Distillery shop open Monday – Saturday.
