AboutLongsdon is a pretty village 2 miles west of Leek. The village is located on A53 Stoke-on-Trent Road and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The Memorial Hall is home to the Longsdon Amateur Dramatics Society who hold regular performances throughout the year.
Longsdon is the centre of an extensive and wooded parish that extends to the Churnet and includes the high land of Ladderedge as well as the hamlet of Horse Bridge. Longsdon has a lovely country park, Deep Hayes Country Park, with small visitor centre. Take a walk out of the village and connect to parts of the Staffordshire Way or Caldon Canal with numerous self-guided walks to follow including the 'Longsdon Walk' and the 'Deep Hayes Walks'.

From Leek the Memorial Hall is approximately 2 miles on the left hand side just past The Wheel public house, off the A53 Stoke-on-Trent road. From Stoke-on-Trent take the A53 signposted Leek, pass through the village of Endon and after approximately 2.5 miles you will find the Memorial Hall on the right hand side just before The Wheel public house.
The nearest railway station is Stoke-on-Trent, which is 11 miles away.
