Peak District WALX Festival 2023
Our festival HUB will be in Ashbourne, the gateway to the Peak District, offering you a variety of walks and workshops in one of the most picturesque locations in the country.
When: 5th May 2023, 8:00am
A 3 day walking event in the Peak District and the Derbyshire Sales. Our Festival HUB will be in Ashbourne, the gateway to the Peak District, offering you a variety of walks and workshops in one of the most picturesque locations in the country.
These iconic walks will give you the best of the Peak District National Park and the Derbyshire Dales as they visit the top sites and provide the best views whilst also going to the lesser known unspoilt places. From our base, we'll be exploring stunning and contrasting routes in the gentler White Peak and the more rugged Dark Peak, as well as venturing further afield to the beautiful wooded valleys and spectacular crags of the Derbyshire Dales. We have included a mix of distances and terrains so there will be something for everybody. Moorland walks, history walks, Dales walks, specialist walks, wellness and nature walks, workshops and more including a social evening. All led by experienced and qualified leaders.
We can't wait to welcome you to the Peak District Festival 2023!
