Chesterfield Medieval Fun Day
Join us for the annual Medieval Fun Day. A great day out for all the family with market stalls, Medieval entertainment, an encampment at the Crooked Spire and a Museum event including Medieval handling objects, dressing up and crafts.

Join us for the annual Chesterfield Medieval Fun Day.
The Market Place will be full of stalls selling a range of goods as well as fun and games for children also in the Market Square will be popular Proctor's Fun Fair with a variety of rides and side shows.
Head to the Medieval encampment in the grounds of the Crooked Spire Church to see knights in battle or look out for the Medieval themed entertainment across the town centre. Even though the Museum is closed, the team will be on hand to showcase Medieval handling objects as well as dressing up and crafts..

Visitors are encouraged to use public transport to attend the event but there is also lots of parking available in Chesterfield. Full details of both council owned and private car parks can be found here
Free coach parking spaces are available for groups or organisations visiting the event when prebooked, please contact Chesterfield Visitor Information Centre to reserve your space today.
