Nutrition & Retreat is a spacious two guest bedroom bed & breakfast, situated in the Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park. Each room benefits from a king-sized bed, private bathroom, refreshing tea and coffee, along with towels, toiletries, accessories and a welcome basket.What makes us different from other B&Bs is our aim to help people escape the fast past nature of everyday life and offer a complimentary nutrition consultation. Every aspect of the house has been designed and renovated to create a peaceful and calm atmosphere for our guests. At Nutrition & Retreat you have the option to spend your stay as you please; whether that’s staying at the property, maybe to relax outside in the gardens admiring the views, or to explore the plethora of walking trails and fascinating museums that our local area has to offer.Here at Nutrition & Retreat we value the benefits and importance of nutrition and wellbeing. We provide a healthy breakfast for every morning of your stay. So, by staying with us you can ensure your breakfast will be full of nutritious value that will help prepare you for the day ahead. Additionally, we are passionate about the environment. We try to be a zero-food waste household. We compost, grow our own vegetables, bake our bread and cakes, and shop for fresh organic local produce when we need it. Environmentally conscious, we use responsibly sourced products wherever possible. Our furniture is from reclaimed wood and we upcycle or recycle whenever we can.Please note: 2-night minimum stay, off- and on-site parking available, no smoking property and we cannot accommodate children or pets.
