Red Oak Bushcrafts
Bushcraft, wilderness and survival skills courses in the Peak District.
About
Based in the fantastic Peak District National Park and within easy travel distance of Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and Birmingham we offer bushcraft, wilderness and survival skills courses in a friendly relaxed environment to enable you to learn the skills you want. We have several standard courses for adults or families but also offer private skills courses which can be tuned to your personal requirements. If you would like to learn a specific skill or two then get in touch and let’s see what we can arrange. We could even come to your site if that’s more convenient. Our private woodland is between Bakewell and Matlock. It’s really wild but relaxing, a fantastic way to unwind with lots of interesting wildlife including Deer & Badgers and with Buzzards regularly wheeling overhead. Woodlands are known to be fantastic locations to reconnect with nature and de-stress, even if you have the kids with you! We can provide you with a day to remember, learning new skills, enjoying a brew around our campfire. We have all the facilities on site, not exactly mod cons, more back to basics but functional. Come and join us in the woods for an amazing experience.
