    Peak Edge Hotel

Perched above the market town of Chesterfield, Peak Edge is the perfect rural retreat with a 4-star boutique hotel and restaurant.

    About

Perched above the historic market town of Chesterfield, Peak Edge is the perfect rural retreat, a little bit like home – but better. Think cosy corners, log fires, glorious grub and sumptuous interiors.

An independently owned 4-star boutique property nestled on the edge of Derbyshire’s Peak District National Park. Comfy by name, indulgent by nature, the 27 luxury bedrooms combine a traditional and modern design where style meets rest, relaxation, and comfort. Each featuring stunning views of the surrounding countryside, they provide the perfect place to rest a weary head after a day exploring the Peak District.

The historic, 2 AA rosette awarded Red Lion restaurant boasts a warm and friendly, relaxed atmosphere serving a menu that shouts fresh and local. A relaxed space to eat and drink and tuck into seasonal dishes, freshly prepared using local produce, the Red Lion is perfect for all occasions be it a summer evening gathering the last of the day’s sunshine or a cosy winter night in front of an open log fire with menus to compliment.

As Derbyshire's idyllic wedding venue, Peak Edge can accomodate up to 200 guests within its grand Oak Room, featuring large sky lights and vaulted chandeliers. For smaller celebrations, the newly renocated Walton Suite boasts a large open ceiling alongwith bespoke bar and private toilet facilities.
