Healthy Living Centre

The centre has a 25m swimming pool, indoor climbing wall, bouldering room, children's soft play, crèche and outside play area, coffee bar, two dance studios, health spa with Finnish sauna, steam, aromatherapy steam, ice bath, showers and rest area, a beauty franchise and two meeting rooms.We also have a 150-station fitness suite with cardio, strength and functional training zones. Top of the range fitness equipment includes everything from treadmills, steppers and cross-trainers to rower's resistance machines and free weights. We’ve got a functional training zone with kit including medicine balls, BOSU and sandbags. There is also an area for stretching at the end of your workout. A large proportion of our kit – nearly 50 per cent – is also IFI accredited, so is suitable for people with a range of physical abilities.The Centre runs lots of different activities including swimming lessons, group fitness classes, kids’ climbing clubs, and mums to be and new mums exercise programmes.
