Edge Cottage is tastefully presented to a high standard with warm tones depicted in the solid oak floor throughout the ground floor and contemporary decor. The open plan living area is a light and airy, yet still feels warm and cosy with the log burner and plush soft seating, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the Peaks. Towards the back of the living room, it opens out into the dining space which in turn leads in the kitchen.
Enjoy the pretty cottage garden in full bloom from the spring onwards. There is outdoor seating for 6 guests in the larger part of the garden and additional bistro style table and chairs to the rear.

It is a superb base from which you can walk from your doorstep to the popular well trodden paths of Curbar Edge, Froggatt Edge and Baslow Edge.
With its prime location, there is plenty to do within a few minutes drive such as visiting Chatsworth House or there is the stately home of Haddon Hall. You are a short drive to the popular market town of Bakewell with its weekly market, meandering river, quaint cafe's and independent shops.
Further afield you will find plenty to do - the Blue John Caverns, Hope valley, Castleton, Edale and Hathersage are all worth a visit. Cycle your way around some fabulous country side and to the nearby Hassop Station where you can join The Monsal Trail.
