THE SWALLOWS - a spacious cottage, ideal for families and friends (sleeps 5)

The accommodation includes:

Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave oven, Bosch fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (new). There is a generous supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. (There is a drier under the stairs in a large cupboard). Oak beams

The Lounge has a settee, easy chairs, coffee tables, lamp and TV. There is a laminate floor with a mat in the sitting area and an electric stove. Oak beams.

The separate Dining Room is up 2 steps from the lounge. It has a large table, six comfortable dining chairs and a side table. There is an outside door onto the patio. The stairs to the bedrooms start in the dining room. Oak beams,

Single Bedroom (downstairs but no bathroom) This has a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Oak beams.

Double Ensuite Bedroom (upstairs) This has a double bed, dressing table and bedside table. The ensuite comprises, WC, washbasin and shower. This room has some very interesting original oak beams. The floor is carpeted. Bedside lights,

Twin Ensuite Bedroom (upstairs) This room has twin beds, a dressing table and a wardrobe. The ensuite comprises WC, washbasin and shower. Oak beams, The floor is carpeted. Bedside lights.

The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by the stairwell giving additional privacy.

THE ROBINS - cosy cottage for couples or small families (sleeps 2+)

The accommodation includes:

Lounge/diner. This includes sofabed, easy chair, dining table and 4 dining chairs, coffee table, TV. The floor is laminated and there is a mat in the sitting area. There is an electric stove, oak beams and a feature wall (original brick) and fireplace.

Fitted Kitchen This includes gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer. There is a generous supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Guests can have complimentary use of laundry facilities at Cowclose Farm B & B.

Bathroom (downstairs) The large bathroom has bath with shower, washbasin and WC.

The stairs lead off from the lounge to a large Bedroom. This has a Kingsize Bed, dressing table, set of drawers, fitted wardrobe and bedside cupboard. The floor is carpeted. There is a lovely view over the Linacre Valley. There is space for an additional bed or cot.

Both cottages offer modern facilities but retain original features such as oak beams and original stone or brickwork. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Full central heating and double glazing. Extensive gardens with play space for children. Cows and sheep graze in adjoining fields. Walks from door. Enjoy excellent food and local beers at our local pubs. Short drive to Chatsworth House, Peak District, Hardwick Hall, Haddon Hall and Renishaw Hall and Gardens. Offroad parking.
