The Brown family have been farming at Bluebells for nearly 60 years and we are totally committed to supporting other local business. To this end we try and source as much as possible from within 30 miles.We are beginning to introduce our own home reared beef. We have various cuts of the finest possible locally produced Pork, Lamb and even Veniso. We have a range of award winning sausages and pork pies. Locally produced seasonal fruit and vegetables, locally produced jams, pickles and honey, locally produced fruit drinks. A range of local cheeses, local milk, yoghurt and Butter, Free range local eggs and not to forget our very own, luxurious Ice Cream made from our own fresh milk on the farm. Ice Cream Parlour Bluebells Ice cream is all homemade and handcrafted with great care and attention from the finest ingredients by Oliver Brown. We use only our own fresh milk which travels less than 20 metres from the milking parlour. Farm We have been milking cows at Brunswood Farm, Locko Park for over 50 years. Nearly three years ago we decided to make use of our own cows fresh, creamy milk by adding to it the finest ingredients to produce a wonderful, hand made, ice cream. Animal Patch Meet our new arrivals Twinkle the donkey and Miss Molly the pony who both arrived this month. We have calves, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, a pony, a donkey and guinea pigs for everyone to come and meet.
