Separate television room with 55” smart TV. Large games room suitable for use as a yoga studio or corporate meeting room. Bar with drinks fridge. Stone fireplace with wood burning stove. Accessible bedroom with ensuite wet room. Separate downstairs WC. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. INDOOR AMENITIES Fibre optic broadband with Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system throughout, good mobile phone coverage. All towels and linen included. Underfloor heating throughout. Travel cots and high chairs available. OUTDOORS Large south facing decked terrace with plenty of room for dining alfresco. Garden and patio area with fire pit and barbecue. Long terrace adjacent to the rear bedrooms with access to games room. Guests are also able to take picnics down to the fields by the river or use part of the field for outdoor activities but please note the access is fairly steep and uneven and therefore used at own risk. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Fire Pit and Barbecue. Terrace adjacent to the rear bedrooms. Parking for up to 12 cars (6 under cover). Disabled access to the main entrance. Lockable bike store.

From Sheffield – heading South

From the centre of Sheffield take the A625, head towards Castleton

Just past The Fox House pub the road bends to the right follow this round then turn left on B6521 towards Grindleford

B6521 – through Grindleford heading south

As you leave the village there are red brick houses on your left, go to the brow of the hill. There is a a leylandii hedge followed by a high dry stone wall. The entrance to the cattle shed will be after this on your left

From Chesterfield – heading North

Leave Chesterfield heading West on the A619 towards Baslow

A623 – Baslow to Calver

A625 – Stanton Ford towards Calver

B6001 – Calver towards Grindleford

Go past a large house Stoke Hall on your right. After this there is a wood with a low stone wall in front. The next entrance on your right after the wood will be The Cattle Shed signposted by a large stone sign.

Train to Chesterfield then taxi to Grindleford.

Grindleford Station (Hope Valley, Derbyshire S32 2HY) is the nearest train station, which is approximately 1.5 miles away from Stoke Farm. If you choose to walk, leave the station heading east and join the B6521 heading in the same direction.
