Space2 offers stylish accommodation in a detached outbuilding next to our home - The Old Vicarage, King Sterndale; a peaceful rural location, yet just a 10 minute drive from the restaurants and theatres of Buxton.
The accommodation features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, its own flat screen TV and far reaching countryside views. A sitting room with a 4 seater corner sofa also has a comfortable double sofa bed allowing up to 4 people to stay; ideal for two couples, a family or friends. A 40in TV and DVD/Bluray player are provided.
A separate kitchen/breakfast room, equipped with a combination microwave oven, 2-ring hob, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine, provides space for up to 4 guests to prepare and enjoy meals. Maybe breakfast outside in your very own south facing patio garden?
Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Parking space for 2 cars and a separate entrance provides you with complete independence. Ideal accommodation for cyclists, walkers and those wishing to explore the many attractions of the Peak District National Park.
Unusually, we allow a flexible choice of start day for Space2 bookings, subject to a minimum of three days.

Road Directions
From Buxton, take A515 south towards Ashbourne. Approximately 1 mile outside town turn left - signposted King Sterndale & Cowdale. Take first right after 1/2 mile, signposted King Sterndale (only). The road is perfectly straight heading downhill, before bending to the left. The Old Vicarage lies behind the trees on the right,with the entrance just after the King Sterndale sign. From the south, approach Buxton via the A515. About 1 mile north of Brierlow Bar turn right - signposted King Sterndale & Cowdale. Take first right after1/2 mile, signposted King Sterndale (only). The road is perfectly straight heading downhill, before bending to the left. The Old Vicarage lies behind the trees on the right, with the entrance just after the King Sterndale sign. The nearest train station is in Buxton. Approx 3.5miles. King Sterndale lies at the end of a mile long no-through road, with no bus service.
