About

Peak View Shepherds Huts aren’t just your ordinary Shepherds Huts, they’re large bespoke luxury huts. With all the modern conveniences available but just step out the door into the beautiful Peak District countryside. With 4 luxury Shepherds huts & 2 wood fired eco hot tubs available at excellent prices we’re sure you’ll love your stay with us.

Nestled in the foothills of the Pennines, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Peak View offers a fabulous back-to-nature experience for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Surrounded by stunning countryside, our shepherds huts are warm and cosy, benefiting from superb wood burners as well as full thermostat controlled central heating, making it perfect for all year round adventures.

Our Shepherd Huts are situated in a gorgeous 3 acre private setting, yet just 1 mile from the bustling former mill town of Glossop and its extensive range of facilities.

Just walking distance from our huts is Windy Harbour Farm Hotel with a restaurant and a well stocked bar. There are ample varied and scenic walks in the surrounding countryside including the Pennine Way, Trans Pennine Trail and the Longdendale Trail, which are all easily accessible. Many Peak District towns and villages can be reached in around half an hour, including the spa town of Buxton and beautiful villages of Edale and Castleton. Bakewell and the magnificent Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are around an hour away, and for those who prefer the bright lights of the big city, Glossop train station offers a direct service to Manchester city centre in around 30 minutes. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 175 yards.
