Seven miles from Ashbourne and The Peak District, Mercaston Hall is an historic timber-framed farmhouse in the heart of Derbyshire in this ancient hamlet of Mercaston. Enjoy a hearty mainly home produced English breakfast or other options from our varied menu to set you up for a day of exploring the beautiful countryside around us, including many National Trust properties - Kedleston Hall is 5 minutes away and Carsington Water fifteen.
Accommodation consists of comfortable doubles, singles or twins, all en-suite with hot drink facilities with fresh milk, freeview televisions and fridges. The dining room has an open fire in the winter and the drawing room a wood burner for guests' enjoyment. Dogs and horses are welcome by arrangement.
