Huts in the Peak have three luxury shepherds huts located on a small working farm in the Peak District.

About

Huts in the Peak have three luxury shepherds huts located on a small working farm in the Peak District.  We are an adult only site and do not accept pets inside the huts, although there are plenty of free range farm animals to entertain you during your stay.
The picturesque village of Longnor is a short 2 minute walk from the huts.

We have three luxury self contained shepherds huts which are fully equipped with double bed, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric hob, kettle and toaster, bathroom with a hot water shower, water toilet, log burner and a dining area. Penny Hut also has a smart TV with WIFI and a gas boiler and heating system.  Twobob has a TV and DVD player, WIFI and an electric radiator and Sixpence has a 32" smart TV, gas boiler and electric radiator.  To the outside, each hut has a dining area and a fire pit with the facility to cook outdoors.  We also have a communal seating area which offers shade on those hot days.

At Huts in the Peak we have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and therefore we include all bedding, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, logs, disposable BBQs and more.

We have a parking area a short distance from the huts and also a secure workshop if you need to store a bike during your stay.

Peak District National Park is in central England. Steep limestone valleys like Dovedale, with its famed stepping stones, and Lathkill Dale characterise the park’s southern area, which is known as White Peak. North, the Dark Peak area has dramatic gritstone ridges and stark moorland plateaus like Kinder Scout, the park’s highest point. The nearby village of Edale marks one end of the iconic Pennine Way footpath.

Each hut is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing with breathtaking views and easy access to public footpaths, this really is a walkers paradise.

From short stays of 2 nights or longer, this is a great base to explore the Peaks.
