    Take A6 towards Bakewell. Leave Bakewell on A6 towards Buxton. After approx 1 mile follow signs to Monsal Head by turning right on A6020, left into Ashford Village and right again opposite the Ashford Arms on B6465 to Monsal Head. Continue for approx 4 miles to the T junction with the A623. Turn right and after ½ mile Housley Cottage is on the right opposite the road to Foolow.
