Road Directions

Arriving on the A53 (Leek/Buxton Road) turn into the Hamlet, signposted Upper Hulme. The road will take you down passed the ford and bed to the left taking you past the old mills and out towards the Roaches. Follow the road approximately 3/4 mile, passing the Roaches Tea Rooms on your left and Roaches Hall on your right, after about 200m after Roaches Tea Rooms take a left turn over a cattle grid, dually signed Farm House and Windygates Hall Farm. As you round a bend at the bottom of the drive you will see a turning to your left, with another cattle grid and a gate signed posted Far House, take this turning through the gate and you have arrived, do not continue straight as this will take you to Windygates Farm.
