The Peak District National Park is right on your doorstep when you stay in one or all of our 17 lovely stone cottages.

In a rural setting in the hills above Matlock and The Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. All Cottages are 4 star rated by visit England assuring you of their quality and a great holiday experience. There are cottages sleeping from 2 to 10 guests and up to 103 people can be accommodated here, so we are ideal for families and groups of all sizes. Weekend, mid-week and weekly breaks all available.

The cottages surround the lake in 10 acre woodland grounds, nearby are Carsington Watersports, Chatsworth House, Gullivers Kingdom, wonderful walking and cycling country, scenic drives & the Blue John Mines to name but a few of the fantastic attractions within the Peak District
