Buxton Lodge is a beautiful refurbished, mid terrace Victorian town house which had has been restored to a very high standard throughout with fabulous furnishings and luxurious fabrics. It is the perfect property for families and mixed groups looking for a stay in the Peak District with plenty of choice of town activities or country pursuits.
Buxton Lodge has 7 beautiful decorated stylish bedrooms which all can be either set up as twin beds or kingsize double beds, and there are 3 ensuite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and 2 private bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for a large group and acts as the social hub of the home with the integrated dining area seating up 14 guests. Buxton Lodge provides oodles of room for socialising together. The main lounge has two seating areas and there is also the former cellar which has been transformed into a games room. If this wasn't enough there is a snug with a third television just off the dining room.
In a great location, this property is just a few minutes walk from the market square, Buxton Opera House and the tranquil Pavilion Gardens. Head for a lovely walk up to Solomon's Temple, have a fun day out at Go Ape or explore the amazing Poole's Cavern which is close by. Alternatively visit the stylish boutiques in the Cavendish Arcade, a former Roman baths boasting original and stunning features.
