In the heart of the Peak District National Park, down a long tree lined drive and past enchantingly beautiful scenery. Come stay with us and let yourself unwind from the stresses of everyday life by immersing yourself in the stunning environment of Brosterfield Farm.

We have 6 beautiful properties ranging from 2 to 20 guests.


Brosterfield offers a wonderful stay for all types of groups. If you are looking for a family reunion, friends to enjoy a place to gather in a special venue, we can provide what you are looking for. We can help with private chefs, tailor made activities to cater for any age group, luxurious spa treatments, gin tasting and vintage afternoon tea.

Brosterfield Farm is situated down a long private drive within gardens of approx. 3 acres and a further 18 acres of surrounding agricultural land. We have far reaching views in almost every direction which cannot fail to delight our guests.

The main Farmhouse has a very large entrance hall with seating and games table, which leads into a wonderful open plan kitchen/living and conservatory/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with 3 oven and 7 induction hobs to make catering for large groups a pleasure. Guests can sit around the centre island unit and be in the hub of the gathering. The sitting area has a cosy log burner and sofas to curl up and watch TV.

The conservatory can dine up to 20 with stunning views and french windows that lead out onto the patio where outside seating and the BBQ can be taken advantage of. There is a very large garden area with stunning views. Time for croquet or let the children run and play in the safety of the garden and enjoy the tyre swing.

A cinema room is a perfect place for large screen TV watching and includes Sky sports. Comfy sofas and a selection of toys make this room ideal for all ages.

Our location is perfect for walkers with the likes of Curbar, Froggatt and Stanadge, Padley Gorge, Longshaw Estate. For cycling (or walking) there is the Monsal cycle trail. Don't rule out swimming as there is the fabulous heated outdoor pool in Hathersage. Plenty of sightseeing and places to visit too; Chatsworth House and medieval Haddon Hall along with the pretty village of Castleton and Blue John caverns.
Brosterfield is situated in the heart of the Peaks and makes a wonderful retreat for your stay.


Two 3 bedroom cottages each with their own garden, seating and BBQ and inside they are cosy, warm and beautifully furnished with log burners, double ovens and underfloor heating.

Two, en-suite shepherd huts, with hobbit log burners and one with an eco fired hot tub, handcrafted on site and they enjoy all the benefits of a luxury self catering accommodation. Cosy bed area with double sofa and good kitchen area with cooking facilities.  Each has their own outside sitting area and Digby’s has an eco fired hot tub.

Boutique 2 person cottage with wet room, stunning bedroom and French doors opening from the bedroom into the living, kitchen, dining area.  This beautiful 2 person accommodation has nothing but fabulous reviews and returning guests!
