Two very good sized double en-suite bedrooms both with the following - five foot wide beds, ceiling paddle fan, fabulous en-suite facilities comprising large corner shower cubicle, deep soaker bath, large vanity unit with ample lighting and storage, toilet, large heated towel warmer & underfloor heating. Well equipped spacious kitchen/diner with small breakfast bar, dining table for four and french windows leading onto patio/garden area, Neff appliances. Seperate sunny lounge with remote living flame gas fire set within Derbyshire stone fireplace, large flatscreen tv with digital television and radio channels. Utility room, cloakroom, sunny entrance hall with oak floor and invaluable storage/drying room. Regretably, we do not cater for smokers, children or pets.

One mile North of Buxton. Immediately after the High Peak Golf Course on right hand side whilst travelling on the A6 towards Stockport. The entrance is illuminated and displays a sign for Peak Practice Golf as well as Barms Farm. After turning up the lane bear left into the main car park.Nearest Railway Station is Buxton Station (approx 1 mile).
