Join us on a journey to explore the oldest surviving turning shed in the WORLD where the golden age of steam once ruled the world!!

The crumbling remains of Derby Roundhouse has been sympathetically restored into a truly unique learning centre for Derby College and this special tour reveals how the impressive new buildings complement the character of this historical site.

  Tickets are non-refundable. Please present this ticket on arrival.
  Please note walks start promptly; please arrive 15 minutes before the start time and bring your e-ticket with you.
  Your booking is made for a specific date and time and is not transferable, Derby City Council does not accept any liability for any damage or loss from any cause whatsoever in connection with this walk or event.
  Please come prepared: warm, waterproof clothing and sensible footwear is advisable.
  In poor weather the walk may need to be modified by the leader.
  Anyone getting ahead of the leader may be deemed to have left the walk.
  Walkers should follow the Country Code at all times.
  Children, where accepted, must be accompanied by an adult.

• Cancellations

  In the event of a walk being cancelled, for whatever reason, we will make every effort to inform you. Derby City Council cannot accept any liability for cancellation of a walk.
