“Very unhappy”

Unfortunately we really didn't enjoy our stay and we left after one night and we didn't take our treatments in the spa. Our main issue was that we went to rest and unfortunately our room was located by the cleaning facilities store room , so from 6.30am we were woken up by banging doors and loud conversations . The Hoover at 7.45am. When I went out to ask if the noise could stop or a door could be shut, I wasn't really greeted by any alternative other than it had to be done at 7.45am?!? To then hear the lady call me stroppy to a fellow colleague.
Once the spa was open and guests were outside, we just heard loud shrieking by a group of girls , even with the window shut. This continued all morning. We went to try to have breakfast, which I feel was a very low standard for what was advertised, you couldn't choose your eggs, just getting from a baked up pile of scrambled egg, no vegetarian sausage option, very cheap bread, coffee from a machine. I am not normally someone to complain but I was so upset as my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to a luxurious break away. I asked to move rooms and this was looked into. We didn't end up moving rooms and left at 12 midday . The lady that I was speaking to at reception just seemed annoyed at me for asking to change rooms, I asked to look into the spa before going in , as I wanted to see if it was going to be with it. I was told that I couldn't, and also repeatedly told that I couldn't cancel the treatments and get any money back as I had left it too late, I was so tired and upset, I just anted to leave and couldn't relax. My boyfriend convinced me to take a treatment and we were ready to go down when the lady called and said when would we like to move rooms, I said that we were not going to move rooms, just take our treatments and then leave. She was very rude, cut me off talking and said that she was very disappointed in me for not allowing them to move us, I then didn't even want a treatment, just went downstairs , laid for one night and left. The staff were very abrupt , no apology or sensitive approach to the situation. The lady that had been speaking to us, just hid in the back reception. Very bad customer service. We were very disappointed .
