Self catering cottages near the market town of Leek. Three stone built historic barns tastefully converted, but still retaining the original features throughout, dating back over 200 years all set on a picturesque farm with views overlooking the Peak District.

A 2 acre play field with a picnic area and a BBQ also available to use as well a set of goals and basketball Enjoy feeding the ducks, chickens, and a pet pony. Ideal for Alton Towers, the Potteries, the Roaches, and the Manifold Track. Drayton Manor Theme Park boasts one of the best rides in the country, whilst Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest, Aerial Extreme, The Potteries, Stoke Waterworld and Tamworth Snowdome are all within easy reach for a great day out.

We are situated in a beautifully secluded part of Staffordshire – perfect for that get away from it all holiday. Enjoy dozens of walks in the Peak District right from your front door (we supply maps if needed), enjoy exploring the nearby river or maybe just a stroll to the local pub. As we’re right on the doorstep of the Peak District, you’ll have hundreds of acres to explore, with unspoilt rivers, fabulous valleys or challenging hill walking for the more adventurous.
There are numerous restaurants and a village chip shop. The Indian and Chinese restaurants also deliver to the farm and are ideal for party family groups up to 18 people.
All the super markets deliver to the door, making this one of the best ways to have a self catering holiday!

The family have run the barns for the past 20 years so come along and enjoy!!
The three cottages can be booked for larger groups.

“Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts”

The cottage was a perfect size for a family of four, and would have comfortably accommodated two more guests if needed.
The location was ideal for our stay, with close proximity to Leek town and Alton Towers.
The cottage was well equipped for a self catering holiday, comfortable beds and plenty of DVD's and board games to keep you ocupied
The hosts were amazing, very friendly and gave lots of useful advice on the area. Elliot the pony kept the children very happy!
We will definately be returning in 2016!

From Leek take A523 towards Ashbourne for about 7 miles, pass through village of Winkhill, at next cross roads turn right. Lower Broomyshaw Farm is about half a mile down the lane.
