The cottage is centrally positioned for many attractions in the area: Chatsworth, Bakewell, Castleton. A cosy well maintained and furnished cottage retaining many of its orginal featues.

From M1, Junction 29 follow A617 towards Chesterfield. Continue towards Baslow. At the second roundabout follow Stoackport A623-proceed through Calver, then Stoney Middleton turn right into Eyam. At the top of the hill turn left onto the main road. Proceed past the church and Eyam Hall. Eastview is on the right hand side of the main road leaving town-head going towards Foolow.
