Part of a former brewery off Buxton Road, a level walk of 500 yds to the town centre of Bakewell, close to shops and restaurants. There is a large living space at entry level, incorporating the kitchen , dining and living areas and having luxurious leather sofas and furnishings. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which being en-suite, enchancing comfort and space. Outside there is a patio sitting area with views across the valley, and to the rear garage, utility room and parking space. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Weekly stays and short breaks start from either Friday or Monday. Arrival after 3.00pm and departure 10.00am. Welcome pack provided.

On entering Bakewell on the A619 proceed to the roundabout in the centre of town, Rutland Square. Turn right following signs to Buxton A6 and proceed approximately 500 yds. Just after Bagshaw Hill on the left, turn left into a courtyard, Progress Court. At the wooden fence turn right into the parking space and garage.
