Details
A 37 acre site offering a variety of pitch surfaces. Some with 16 amp hooks ups, also with water and waste within the sheltered, south-facing pitching area. A Wifi cafe bar, and restaurant are available in the attractive stone club buildings which also have disabled and baby changing facilities. The stone-built building in the main pitching area has underfloor heating, disabled toliet and shower, power showers and wash cubicles. There is also a laundrette and outdoor children's play area.
Try a new experience by hiring a camping pod or Yurt with wood burning stove or a traditional Scandinavian hot tub which can be enjoyed on certain pitches with your family and friends.
Rivendale is also licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and also caters for anniversaries and children's parties and corporate weekends. Clients may note we have a variety of accommodation on site.
Alton Towers, Chatsworth, Matlock, Carsington Reservoir, Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne all within 15-35mins drive.

The wild flower meadow and ponds within the park offer opportunities for bird-watching and dog walking. Whilst the Tissington Trail is 100 metres from site and gives access to the High Peak Trail, Trails Triangle and Limestone Way. Mill Dale, Dove Dale, Biggin, Wolfscote, Eaton and Alsop Dales can all be acessed from footpaths from site. Children welcome from any age.

Heading north from Ashbourne on the A515 towards Buxton, find our entrance on the RHS about 6.5 miles after you leave Ashbourne. Otherwise catch the bus from Ashbourne or Buxton. It is also possible to catch the train to Cromford station and cycle or walk up the High Peak trail to Rivendale.
