Nestled at the end of a private drive with ample parking, the cottage is full of character, set with antique furniture, exposed beams but combined with modern comfort.

The Manifold Valley, Dovedale and The Roaches are all within easy reach and Alton Towers is only a 20 minute drive away.

From Leek, take the A523 (Ashbourne to Leek Road) at the Greenman Pub crossroads, turn left onto the B5053. Stay on this road through the village of Onecote and take the second turning on your right. (signposted Butterton) Once in the village, pass the village shop, after approx 100 yards, the road forks out, take the right fork and the second driveway on the right. 100 yards down drive, cottage on right. Parking sign.
