Toad Cottage is a two bedroom 17th Century cottage situated in the private courtyard of Blacksmith Yard, Two Dales, DE4 2EZ.

Oaker View Cottage is a one bedroom 18th Century cottage situated in a tucked away location a short distance from Toad Cottage in the village of Darley Bridge DE4 2JY.

TOAD COTTAGE
A stone cottage built around 1600, retaining many original features including large oak beams, a beautiful open fire and stone stairs in the front (no longer in use). Each room in Toad Cottage is extremely spacious and each of the two bedrooms has its own adjoining bathroom. It is ideal for a family or for two couples sharing. There is also an enclosed courtyard garden.

OAKER VIEW COTTAGE
An ideal 18th Century cottage overlooking the peak district National Park. You could walk every day along public footpaths from this cottage and never see the same place twice and with two pubs in the village that serve food it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Oaker View Cottage has a king size bed and a large luxury bathroom. There is a pleasant enclosed garden for lazy summer days and a wood burner in the lounge for those colder evenings.

Two Dales is situated approximately half way between Bakewell , 6 miles, and Matlock on A6. Take the B5057 signed Two Dales and Chesterfield and Blacksmith Yard is found on the right, just after the telephone box after 0.3 miles. No 3 is the first house on the right with a bright red door.

Darley Bridge is situated half way between Matlock and Bakewell on A6. Take the B5057 signed Darley Bridge, pass the Square and Compass, over the bridge and Oaker View can be found down a small lane just before the Three Stages Head.
