A perfect rural retreat with footpaths to Dovedale and surrounding areas from your doorstep. Or why not try cycling on the Tissington Trail away from the busy roads. The nearby trekking centre has horses and ponies to suit everyone if you feel a bit more adventurous, Carsington Water is just a short drive away for a challenging day out. If its excitement you're looking for, Alton Towers is only 15mins drive. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are perfect for a more relaxing day. These are just some of the many attractions in the area; there really is something for everyone.

Take A515 from Derby to Ashbourne, then A515 Buxton Road, we are approx. 4 miles from Ashbourne. Go through Fenny Bentley past Coach and Horses pub on right up the hill, Blue Bell pub on your left. You will see turn for Tissington about 50yds on right, go through gateway over cattle grid, down avenue, take first left turn, go past Tissington Hall. Overfield Farm sits in fork of road, only property that faces south B&B sign to left of house.
