Friendly welcome from a family run Victorian Guest House (built 1871). Peaceful location overlooking lake and Pavilion Gardens. Private car park. Non-smoking Guest House. Situated in the heart of Buxton. We have installed Wi Fi internet access and provide this as a free service for our guests staying at the Roseleigh. Also should you not have a laptop, there is a free desktop facility for our guests in the Public Lounge.

From Ashbourne A515 go straight over at Fiveways traffic lights and over the Market Place. Go down the hill and after the set of pedestrian crossings, turn left past the Crescent. At the crossroads continue straight into Hartington Rd and Roseleigh car park is approx quarter of a mile along on the right hand side.
From A6 Bakewell, go left at Morrisons roundabout and then turn right at Fiveways traffic lights to the Market Place. Then as above. From A6 Manchester, go left at the first roundabout and right at the second. Then turn right at Fiveways Traffic lights to the Market Place. Then as above.
From A53/ A54/ A537 head into Buxton and go straight over at traffic lights on to St John's Road. Then turn right into Burlington Road. At the end T-junction, go left and left again into Hartington Road and our car park is approx 300yds on the left hand side.
Buxton Railway Station is approximately 5 minutes walk from us.
Regular buses to The Market Square - Just 2 mins walk away.
