The Old Barn Details

• Cottage sleeps up to 14
• The barn sleeps 14 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms. An additional child can be accommodated on a camp bed by arrangement.
  There are four bedrooms on the ground floor - two double bedded rooms and two twin bedded rooms. Also on the ground floor is the lounge, a separate WC and bootroom/store, the dining room and the kitchen. To the first floor are two further bedrooms. One room contains a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished as a family room and contains one double bed and two single beds.
  
  All six bedrooms have WC and shower ensuite, colour television and hairdryer.
  
  There are no laundry services provided in the barn but Ashbourne has both a self service launderette and a serviced ironing and laundry room for cleaning, drying and ironing of all laundry.
  If bringing a baby or toddler we have available a travel cot, highchair and safety gates.
  Outside, garden furniture is available for guests use on the yard. There is also plenty of outdoor space for children to play. The barn is located off the main road up a tarmac drive and has its own parking for 6 cars in the yard in front of the barn with further parking available.
  
  We try to offer flexible breaks to accommodate stays of differing durations and do consider requests to rent less than the 6 bedrooms (depending on time of year) so please do contact us to discuss your particular requirements.
  
  The barn is open all year for self catering bookings.
  
  Sorry but we are a fully no smoking establishment and do not accept pets.
