The cottage is on a quiet road on the 300m contour overlooking the Wye Valley, a beautiful area with great walking at the heart of the Peak. Very well equipped, comfortably accommodating 4 adults, with two shower rooms, one en suite and one separate. Electric heating throughout and a woodburning stove in the lounge/ dining room. Separate kitchen and large glazed porch. Another small bed/sitting room on the first floor. Cot, highchair and baby bath available. Patio garden. Off road parking in owners' courtyard next door. For a green holiday there are many walks straight from the door, and good bus connections in nearby Litton, which has a popular pub and an award winning village shop. More good shopping with the emphasis on local produce is to be found in Tideswell just two miles away. Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within an 8 mile radius.
Please note accommodation is on three floors, stairs are fairly steep, and there are no sleeping or toilet facilities on the ground floor. Non smoking.
