Nearest railway station: Chesterfield. Bus Route: Sheffield - X18 or 240. Chesterfield - 170. On entering Bakewell proceed to the roundabout in Rutland Square in the centre of town. At the roundabout remain in the right lane for Monyash, turning on King Street at the left side of the Rutland Hotel. Continue up the hill and turn third left on Yeld Road. Anne Cottage is 100 yards on the right with two parking spaces outside.
