Open all year round, Denby Visitor Centre is next to the working pottery, set in a cobbled courtyard with award winning Home, Garden, Cookery and Gift shops.

Craftroom Tours of the pottery are available every day(February to end of October), and Factory Tours are available Monday to Thursdays only (see tour details below). All tours at Denby are fully guided and include 'hands on activities' suitable for everyone. Watch the paintress painting in glaze then have a go painting on plates. Learn about mould making then make your own souvenir to take home.

Pick up a great bargain in the extensive Denby Factory Shop. All the latest patterns can be found, in addition discontinued lines, with seconds ranging from 25% to 75% off rrp. There are also 'only at Denby' exclusive bargains on trial lines arriving daily direct from the factory.

The Visitor Centre has a cookery theatre and the occasional visiting celebrity chef. Here free demonstrations are held twice a day by Denby Demonstrators lasting around 30 minutes.. Bourne's Restaurant serves snacks, meals and drinks prepared from local produce with healthy children's options and a carvery on Sundays. There is also a small museum, outdoor play area and plenty of picnic seating.

Regular Food and Gift events are held throughout the year, and there are special activities for kids during the school holidays.

Optional Pottery Tours
Denby Craftroom Tour (available 1st February to 31st October)
Suitable for all age groups. Find out how Denby is made, watch a video then enjoy hands on activities. Enjoy painting on plates and make a clay souvenir to take home. Duration 60 minutes. Available daily 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm. Adults £4.95, Children £3.95 and Senior Citizens £3.95 (optional plate 'fire to keep' charge extra). A maximum of 2 wheelchair are allowed per Craftroom Tour.

Denby Factory Tour (available 1st February to 31st October, excluding factory holiday shutdown periods)
An all round experience of Denby. Tour the working Factory and see how the pottery is produced. Finish the tour in the Craftroom and enjoy painting on plates, and making a clay souvenir to take home. Duration 90 minutes. Available Monday to Thursdays at 10.30am and 1pm. Adults £5.95, Children £4.95 and Senior Citizens £4.95 (optional plate 'fire to keep' charge extra). Please note that due to health and safety reasons wheelchairs and pushchairs are not allowed in the working factory.
