Norbury Primary School Well Dressing at Norbury
This ancient custom is unique to Derbyshire and is the art of decorating springs and wells with pictures made from natural materials. At Norbury Primary School, one well is dressed.
Well Location
Lid Lane, by the well below the school
Blessing Service
Friday 14 June 2013, 3.00pm by the well. This will be followed by a cream tea afternoon in the Village Hall hosted by The Friends of Norbury School PTA.
