This ancient custom is unique to Derbyshire and is the art of decorating springs and wells with pictures made from natural materials. In Foolow, wells have been dressed for over 30 years, this year, 2 well dressings will be on show. There will be one designed by the children and one designed and created by adults.
Refreshments will be served in the village hall 10.30am to 4.30pm each day the wells are on show and a flower festival in St Hugh's Church.
