The Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Scheme (VAQAS) is managed by VisitEngland and, through its network of regional assessors, boasts an incredible reputation for instigating, modifying and shaping change to the customer experience at visitor attractions across England.
The NAS helps accommodation operators improve and promote their true level of accessibility. With one in four (27.2%) of the UK population having a long-standing health problem or disability, achieving an NAS rating will open a business' doors to a wider range of potential visitors.
The AA Rosette Scheme has long been established and successfully recognises cooking at different levels nationwide. AA Rosettes are awarded solely by AA Hotel and Restaurant Inspectors. External influences from hotels, restaurants or other guide are not taken into account when awarding Rosettes.
Gold awards for self-catering and serviced apartments are given in recognition of the top scoring properties.
