Haddon
If you love historic houses and a good day's walk, then this break is for you. Visits
to Chatsworth and medieval Haddon Hall can be combined with two circular walks which both start from Bakewell town
centre – leave the car at home for a truly relaxing break! And why not take home
a traditional Bakewell Pudding, made to a secret recipe?!
Your choice of accommodation can include the town centre hotel where the Bakewell
Pudding was invented, or one of many smaller guest houses in the area. Bakewell
has a number of pubs and restaurants for your evening meal, or drive out into
the surrounding countryside of the Peak District to a cosy village pub.
