Enjoy the farm walks, trout lake, hard tennis court the many sheltered corners of the gardens, which we open for the National Garden Scheme. The cottages, furnished in old pine with well equipped kitchens and new bathrooms all have a garden and parking space. Across the yard Paddock is a quiet retreat where a dog is welcome.
The Hayloft sleeps 4, cot and high chair, extra z-bed available. A spacious living area upstairs with oak beams, electric flame effect fire. Bedrooms, bathroom and WC are downstars. The refectory dining table seats 8 which is useful if let with Orchard Cottage next door.
Orchard Cottage sleeps 4. Cot and high chair are available . A pleasant beamed livimg room, gas flame effect fire and kitchen dining with a garden door to sitting and BBQ area make this ideal for a young family. The double bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC are upstairs.
Paddock Cottage sleeps 4 and cot, high chair and extra z-bed are available. Unrivalled views from the terrace and fenced car park. There are just 3 steps up to the main bedroom and bathroom and a wood burner makes this a haven in winter. A well behaved dog is welcome here.

From M1, Junction 29, A617 to Chesterfield (follow brown signs for Chatsworth House). A619 Baslow, through village. At roundabout take A623 to Calver. At traffic lights turn right B6521 to Grindleford, concealed left B6001 to Hathersage. At T junction in village go left on to A6187, through traffic lights, turn left (on bend) opposite High Peak Garden Centre over narrow bridge. Proceed half a mile then take right turn down over a ford, up narrow lane half a mile, then down left over cattle grid to farm.
From A57 Snake Pass, go through Bamford Village A6013, turn right at traffic lights to High Peak Garden Centre, then continue as above.
