



Derby's Riverside Quarter Trail at DerbyThe Riverside Quarter is easily the greenest of the City Centre's Quarters. There are three trails covering the River Derwent. the Riverside Quarter Trail starts from St. Mary's Bridge, and goes as far as Holmes Bridge. Suitable for all age groups, it can be walked during a lunch hour and is accessible for wheelchair users. There is an extension which takes you further along the riverside through Pride Park to Alvaston Park. Distances from St. Mary's Bridge: To Bass's Recreation Ground 0.6 miles/1 kilometre; To Alvaston Park 2.2 miles/3.5 kilometres.
