Zibrant appointed sole booking agent by Conference Derbyshire

Zibrant has been appointed by Conference Derbyshire as their contracted sole booking agent for venue find and online accommodation.

The Derby-based meetings, events and accommodation services agency will work with Conference Derbyshire to provide a simple means of finding venues, hotels and professional suppliers in the Derbyshire region.

The new and unique partnership will offer clients a free, one-stop enquiry and venue finding service for events, conferences and training seminars. There will also be an online accommodation booking option, streamlining and improving the service currently offered by Conference Derbyshire, which includes:

• Co-ordinating an efficient and effective sales enquiry service for anyone looking to stage an event in the area

• Offering a responsive, tailor-made venue finding service – saving clients time, hassle and money

• Targeting new markets to promote the many advantages of staging an event in one of a wide range of prime locations, right at the heart of the UK

• Encouraging local businesses to ‘buy local’ and book meetings using its services

• Encouraging buyers and the media to visit the area to discover its potential

• Spreading the word further afield to highlight what Derby city and the rest of the county has to offer
